PatrolMan is a revolutionary mobile phone Application for recording incidents as observed or conducted by Neighborhood Watches. Your Patrolers log onto the application from their phones, keep track of their patrols, patrol milage if theyre using their cars, record incidents and have access to view previously recorded incidents.
